Whole Body Cleanse Review

What You Should Know

The Whole Body Cleanse system claims that the body stores waste in the colon and bowel which can lead to health problems and weight gain. This three part system aims to remove the waste from these areas thus decreasing waste and weight. The ingredients include natural diuretics and laxatives which can be a negative sign and certainly not a part of traditional weight loss supplements.

The Whole Body Cleanse System offers an official website with product ordering and coupons to use in a retail store when purchasing the product. The website also offers  a complete ingredient list of all the supplements.

List of Ingredients

Product Features

The entire ingredient list in the laxative formula of the Whole Body Cleanse is packed full of natural laxatives, as the dieter who assume. This can be good for those who want to detoxify the body, but cleansing has little long term effect on weight. The Fiber Fusion is a natural fiber supplement, which can increase bowel movements as well. This means the dieter is taking two forms of laxatives at the same time. Increasing laxative use to that level could cause dehydration. The final supplement, the Milk Thistle Cleansing, contains diuretics.

There is a real concern that people taking this trio on a daily basis could face dehydration and potential health problems associated with that dehydration. The Whole Body Cleanse is to be taken for a minimum of 30 days meaning the dieter is pushing out fluids with laxatives and diuretics for an entire month. Most laxatives offer warnings that they should only be taken as needed but with the Whole Body Cleanse this is not the case.

Advantages

  • There is a website explaining the products in details.
  • The Whole Body Cleanse can be ordered online.
  • There are coupons to save money on the trio of supplements.

Disadvantages

  • The health concerns associated with a 30 day laxative / diuretic combo could cause health problems.
  • There are no warnings about the diuretics on the website.
  • Cleansing may provide short term weight loss, but the weight will return as it is not real weight lost.

Conclusion

There are certain cases where natural laxatives can help with overall bowel health, but the Whole Body Cleanse claims these supplements can be taken for an extended period of time. The water driven out of the body will cause weight loss, but as soon as the supplement is stopped the consumer will regain all of that weight and sometimes more. This is not a product we can support at this time.

Top Choice for 2010: Avesil

Avesil is clearly the most promising weight control formula we know of on the market. After looking at hundreds of different purported weight loss supplements, Avesil was the most rigorously researched one that we could find. The foundation behind the Avesil formula was an original scientific research study that incorporated an incredible 284 previously published peer-reviewed clinical studies, many conducted in university research labs. All of the product claims made about Avesil are substantiated by this large volume of research.

Unlike many fad weight loss ingredients (hoodia, acai berry, etc.) which are at best supported by folklore and at worst by pop culture, Avesil is totally rooted in disciplined scientific study. In fact, two research trials conducted on human subjects, later published in highly respected scientific journals, concluded that the primary ingredients in Avesil resulted in an average weight loss of more than 3 times that of a healthy diet and exercise alone.

Customers will notice that the claims made about Avesil are quite reasonable and not the least far-fetched. Simply put, Avesil is a safe, healthy way to promote a significant increase in weight loss when taken in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise. In today's market there is a shamefully high number of consumers who have been deceived by outrageous "no work" promises, manufactured customer testimonials and bogus before/after pictures used by so many marketers of weight loss supplements. Avesil promises to deliver healthy, reasonable, and significant weight loss benefits - all offered through the process of a risk-free trial, leaving customers with very little to lose (other than weight).
