The information on the Syntrax website for Syntrax Fyre is limited. The proprietary blend is all-natural but there are no individual amounts for each of the ingredients as they are all combined under the Fyre Proprietary Blend.

Taking a closer look at the ingredient list, there are a few unique ingredients worth mentioning. The Velvet Bean Extract is used to improve mood which could help to keep the dieter on track a bit longer as the primary cause for falling off a diet is mental overload. The Yohimbine has been shown to improve circulation, but that has little to do with weight loss. The only great ingredient is the Green Tea Leaf Extract. This natural fat burner is scientifically proven to increase metabolism but the proprietary complex does not offer how much Green Tea Leaf Extract is in the weight loss supplement.

The warnings for the supplement are listed on the website. According to these warnings pregnant women, people with high blood pressure and people who suffer from mental illness are not supposed to take this supplement. This is a big negative. Not all mental illnesses are diagnosed and no side effects are listed revealing the effects of the supplement on these dieters.

We will not support a weight loss supplement that is not safe for everyone to take. Syntrax Fyre is unsafe for several types of dieters and without information on the resulting side effects, the dieter is left to try another product. The price is good, but the ingredients are lacking. We can say at least the supplement includes green tea which is the only proven ingredient, but we have no idea how much is in the supplement.
