As so many other diet and weight loss products claim, Slimstyles is a flavored weight loss drink mix that is claimed to be all-natural and safe. Slimstyles is a product which is supposed to be “highly effective” at suppressing one’s appetite to help dieters “lose weight almost effortlessly” by eating less. The claim on the official product website for Slimstyles is that it is a “breakthrough weight management program” that will help dieters “lose fat – not water or muscle”. These are some pretty big claims.

Slimstyles also sells an “Appetite Control Fiber Blend with PGX” product that is claimed to be a powerful appetite suppressant that can be taken before meals. It can be used in place of the meal replacement drink mixes when dieters want to eat a regular meal instead of replace a meal. Slimstyles also provides a downloadable “Food & Activity Diary” as well as a “Weekly Weight Record” to help dieters who are using the Slimstyles products to track their progress.

Overall, the idea of a meal replacement drink mix is not new. It has been done by other diet and weight loss companies. The Slimstyles plan does not appear to stand out in any way as unique or as a “breakthrough” weight loss product, which of course it is claimed to be. The main ingredient seems to be whey protein which can give a dieter a feeling of being full to curb the appetite. Some dieters prefer a weight loss pill instead of a drink mix since not everyone enjoys the flavors of products such as Slimstyles shakes. Also, while you may feel full right after drinking the shake, this feeling may not last as long as the feeling of fullness that following eating real food.
