Based on our initial assessment of this ingredient listing, it appears that this product would primarily be used as a thermogenic to boost metabolism and promote fat burning.

Green tea extract is an excellent thermogenic ingredient, because the caffeine within will boost the metabolism effectively and the substance is loaded with antioxidants for a powerful nutrition punch.
