Some have successfully used it this way, since the program allows users a fair amount of freedom of choice. However, enrolling in Nu Kitchen will not teach users how to eat healthily, prepare their own meals, control portions, or get adequate exercise.

People who are interested in learning to control their weight sustainably in the long term should probably not rely on Nu Kitchen. Just like weight loss plans that provide frozen meals, this delivery service might work as long as the user is part of the plan (though it would require effort on the part of the user to make the right choices) and weight gain is likely to occur as soon as customers leave.
