Lipoblast Review
What You Should Know
Lipoblast promotes itself on two fronts. It produces a thermogenic response in the body that stimulates metabolism and burns fat. It also promotes the ìmind-stimulating euphoriaî generated by taking the maximum dosage. As many people are sensitive to stimulants, this product may not be the best for some.
According to the Lipoblast website, these pills were originally developed in Brazil. Many weight loss aid companies like to promote their exotic formulations as they are seen to be more effective, however this is frequently not the case in reality. Lipoblast also highlights its origins as a stimulant, stating that the weight loss benefits were a happy side effect.
Lipoblast can be purchased directly from the rather rudimentary official website. The website itself consists of a single page without any links to clinical research supporting the effectiveness of the product or its ingredients. We were also disappointed to not be able to find a money-back guarantee which would show that the company believes in its product.
Ingredients
Phenylethylamine, Pentahydroxyflavone, DMAE, Methylaminoethanol, Synephrine, Dhiimethionine Tyramne, Epihigallocatechin Gallate, Theobromine, Hordenine, Yerba Mate, Cocoa Extract, Grape Seed Extract, Ginger Root, Pantothenic Acid, Magnesium and Ascorbic Acid.
Product Features
Lipoblast contains several ingredients which have some clinical research supporting their effectiveness in mood elevation and weight loss. Although the product claims to be all natural, several ingredients have to go through significant synthesizing in order to be usable by the body. We like to see the addition of Epihigallocatechin Gallate (ECGC) in the formulation. ECGC is one of the main active substances in green tea and it is known to produce a metabolic-stimulating effect on the body. The inclusion of synephrine is more controversial. Synephrine is derived from the bitter orange tree and is marketed as a substitute for the FDA-banned ephedrine. Ephedrine was banned due to its substantial and wide-spread side effects including heart attack and stroke. Synephrine is currently under review due to suspicions that it may have a similar effect.
Advantages
- Official website.
- Can purchase directly from the manufacturer.
Disadvantages
- Contains some controversial ingredients.
- Promotes the “buzz” achieved by taking the maximum dose of the product.
- No manufacturerís money-back guarantee.
- No product samples available.
- No links to clinical research supporting the effectiveness of the ingredients.
Conclusion
We would have been more impressed with Lipoblast if it disclosed any clinical trials backing its claims of making customers lose 10-30 pounds per month. However, the lack of scientific support plus not providing a money-back guarantee leaves us unable to recommend this product. There are however, weight loss aids on the market that contain clinically- proven ingredients manufactured by companies that stand behind their products.
