ok i have tried other fat burners lipo 6,hydroxycut,stacker,trim spa,lipo 6 black ect and i can tell you nohitng worked .well to be honest i was like all the other air heads out here , taking the pills BARELY working out and not eating as healthly as should so when I checked out the jillian fat burner she STRESS working out and TRY to eat healthy no stuffing doughnuts and cheese cake in your mouth every day so i bought it , same day did her 30 minute workout and drunk 3 lit of water , this was on thursday 4th ,today is tuesday 9th , i lost 4.2 lbs so far! wew! . the energy is amazing ! seriously i was sitting at my desk at work sooo sleepy thursday morning ( the day started the pills ) so i took two (as rec) and i’ll say .15-20 minutes i had a very nice boost of energy , i got through my whole day happy (10 hour shift) my mood lifted , my energy was nice and when i got home i took the last two with my meal and felt so good i did another 30 minute cardio/weight . so just some good advice for the people that take fat burner pills yet still eat chips,cookies,cake and the only work out you do is flick the remote to change the channel but yet complain it dosent work? (like i use to do ) GET UP , PUT SOME EFFORT INTO YOUR WORK OUT , TAKE PILL AS DIRECTED AND REPLACE THE CUPCAKE WITH AN APPLE (COMMON SENSE) TAKE A PIC OF YOURSELF THEN 1 MONTH LATER TAKE ANOTHER PIC SAME CLOTHES AND LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE. *STOP COMPLAINING,GET UP AND DO THE WORK*
