In fact, so successful is this diet you can cheat on it with junk food since hot dogs plus junk food will stimulate the bodyís metabolism. Of course, this is all pure nonsense. While you may lose weight on this diet, it will be because hot dogs are only 100 calories each and have no carbohydrates in them. Drastically cutting carbs and calories for a three day period will lead to a huge amount of lost WATER weight, but it will not burn stored fat. And, actually, the inclusion of ice cream as a cheat item in this diet will undermine losing water weight since the carbs in ice cream will lead to increased water retention.
