Cortifit is a weight loss supplement that claims to be all natural. The main function of the supplement is the control of cortisol which is thought to affect the storage of fat on the midsection of the body. While there is no official website for the Cortifit, that we could find, the WholeHealth website sells the Cortifit for $23.98 per bottle with discounts offer with purchases of higher quantities.

When looking at the ingredient list, a red flag is immediately noticed. The Cortifit weight loss product is broken up into different complexes. Two of the complexes contain Guarana which is a stimulant. If a user is sensitive to caffeine or stimulants, this product could cause jitters, nausea, vomiting, sleeplessness and headaches.

The Cortifit product is a little hypocritical because it aims to reduce cortisol levels in order to help the dieter lose weight, yet it contains large amounts of caffeine. Caffeine is known to increase cortisol in the body.

Much of the support for Cortifit comes from the ìreductionî of cortisol, however, the appetite suppressant used in the weight loss supplement is Hoodia Gordonii.
