Cortifit Review
What You Should Know
Cortifit is a weight loss supplement that claims to be all natural. The main function of the supplement is the control of cortisol which is thought to affect the storage of fat on the midsection of the body. While there is no official website for the Cortifit, that we could find, the WholeHealth website sells the Cortifit for $23.98 per bottle with discounts offer with purchases of higher quantities.
List of Ingredients
B Complex, L-Theanine, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Chromiium Picolinate, Green Tea Extract, Guarana, and Hoodia Gordonii.
Product Features
When looking at the ingredient list, a red flag is immediately noticed. The Cortifit weight loss product is broken up into different complexes. Two of the complexes contain Guarana which is a stimulant. If a user is sensitive to caffeine or stimulants, this product could cause jitters, nausea, vomiting, sleeplessness and headaches.
The Cortifit product is a little hypocritical because it aims to reduce cortisol levels in order to help the dieter lose weight, yet it contains large amounts of caffeine. Caffeine is known to increase cortisol in the body.
Much of the support for Cortifit comes from the ìreductionî of cortisol, however, the appetite suppressant used in the weight loss supplement is Hoodia Gordonii. There was a time when Hoodia was the next big appetite suppressant, but those days are over and nearly every weight loss product on the market contains Hoodia. The clinical evidence supporting this appetite suppressant is minimal, at best.
The website selling the Cortifit does not support the product ingredients even though they are selling the product. According to the website, cortisol is supposed to have something to do with weight gain or weight loss, but there is no clinical evidence that cortisol has any impact on weight loss and with no official website, the product does not have the online support of other weight loss products aiming to achieve the same results.
Advantages
- Information on Cortifit can be easily found online.
- Cortifit can be purchased fairly cheap.
- The product can be ordered from various online retailers.
Disadvantages
- There is no official website for Cortifit.
- No money back guarantee is available.
- Samples of Cortifit could not be found.
- No testimonials are available from dieters who have tried Cortifit.
Conclusion
Cortifit is not a product we support at the time of this review. With the high levels of caffeine, this product is not safe for some people who may need or want to lose weight. There is also the fact that caffeine increases cortisol in the body and this product claims that reducing cortisol will help the dieter lose more weight. Without samples or website support for this product, the dieter would be better off choosing a different weight loss product that is proven to work with a fat burner and appetite suppressant.
