Clutch Fitness Review
What You Should Know
Clutch Fitness is not a weight loss website, so to speak. The website appears to be a forum where people can join and talk about weight loss, fitness and fitness supplements. It appears the forum is very active with hot topics on recipes, diet and exercise and good food choices. There are also forum posts that have nothing to do with diet, exercise, fitness or supplements.

Product Features
According to the Clutch Fitness mission statement, the topics to be discussed include science based fitness topics and exercise. The users include athletes and fitness enthusiasts. We have trouble believing this when there are topics about The X Men and Love Poems. One recipe, that looked inviting, had several comments that moved from being about the recipe to being about the users themselves with simple puns.
We could find very few informative posts for the dieter, but we did find a lot of links to other websites and affiliate products. The forum may be hopping, but we doubt many of the users are truly athletes or fitness enthusiasts.
The site founder, Fireproof, includes several posts that are dedicated to teaching and informing the reader about how to lose more weight and cut fat. These posts are written in an easy to follow format and are truly on point. If the entire website were similar to the Fireproof posts, there could be some meat to Clutch Fitness.
This forum could be a great place for users to share their concerns about weight loss or ask questions about supplement, but nothing more than that will come from the website.
Advantages
- The website is free to join.
- The forum is active.
- If the user searches, some good information is posted regarding weight loss and fat burning.
- Supplements are supported.
Disadvantages
- There are more silly posts than informative posts.
- A lot of the comments are used to promote an outside website.
- The comments do not seem to be moderated.
- The website seems to sell more than give to the reader.
Conclusion
Clinical research has proven that the buddy system is the best way to boost weight loss over the long term. The Clutch Fitness forum may help in that regard, but the visitor is more apt to find useless information than information to help them lose weight. After joining, which is free, a search would need to be done to look for good information.
We support the use of supplements and so do most of the users on the Clutch Fitness forum. This is a positive. The forum could be used to ask questions about the supplement choice, but proven weight loss supplements are available all over the market with trials to back their efficacy.
