Cheat Tlose Diet Review
What You Should Know
Every dieter wants to be told it is okay to cheat. According to Joel Marion, the creator of the Cheat Tlose Diet, that is exactly what you need to do in order to lose weight. This Body For Life grand champion and personal trainer believes the key to weight loss is cheating every once in a while to spark the calorie burn needed to lose more weight.
There is an official website, or selling page if you will, for the Cheat Tlose Diet. Joel Marion speaks his mind on the page and gives the visitor just enough information to buy his book. The program is available as a downloaded series. There are eBooks, videos and audio files.
List of Ingredients
eBook, Audio Files, Videos on cheating to lose weight.
Product Features
The creator of the Cheat Tlose Diet found himself eating more food than he should on one particular week and managed to lose 3 pounds even though he cheated. According to the theory behind the diet, when the body is restricted via calorie reduction, it instant goes into starvation mode and holds on to every calorie eaten. Many weight loss experts have been shouting this from the rooftops for years as the main reason to eat to lose weight.
The dieter is taken through a series of lifestyle changes including cheat days that are added into the diet during the week. These cheat days are allowed as a metabolism spark and the testimonials on the website are supportive of the end results. There is a bit of support for this type of interval eating in fitness. When working out, speeding up the process for 2 minutes every 10 or 15 minutes can boost calorie burn. When applying this theory to food, the Cheat Tlose Diet may have some stability. There are no clinical trials to support these theories, however.
The cost of the Cheat Tlose Diet is $97 for the downloadable content and $197 for the deluxe package with an email consultation with Joel Marion ñ the creator.
Advantages
- The program is available online.

- There is no proof this diet works better than other diets.
Conclusion
We cannot support the use of cheating to lose weight. While eating higher calorie food once in a while should be a part of a normal eating plan, the word cheating leaves the dieter thinking they can eat whatever they want and lose weight. The idea of weight loss is to make changes the dieter can live with for the rest of their lives and not negatively associate foods with cheating. We support using fat burners and appetite suppressant to ward off the urge to binge on bad foods.
