Body By God Review
What You Should Know
Body by God is a weight loss plan dedicated to living life as God lived his life on Earth. The plan takes away all foods and drinks that were not available during the time God walked the earth and replaces those with healthy, natural foods. These foods can take longer to assemble at meal time.
There is no official website that we could find on the Body by God plan, but the book is available through Amazon. At the time of this review, the Body by God book retailed for $15.63.
List of Ingredients
Menu plan and exercise plan aimed at reducing weight and bettering health in just 40 days.
Product Features
The first thing the consumer should notice about the Body by God plan is the 40 day length of the diet. This length must be linked to the 40 days and 40 nights referenced in the bible. While this could be just a coincidence, if the author meaningfully linked the two together that could be a negative hit against the plan. Good diet plans do not need sneaky propaganda.
The Body by God plan is simple enough. The dieter is supposed to cut out any foods that are man made or processed. If the food cannot be created with all natural ingredients, it cannot be added to the daily menu. Some dieters may have trouble leaving behind all processed foods simply due to lack of time. There are healthy processed foods that can be chosen in lieu of not so healthy choices. These could make following the diet easier for many.

Conclusion
The Body by God program is one of the most sound programs we have reviewed. The process of preserving foods can mean adding ingredients that are unhealthy and stripping foods of healthy nutrients. Recent clinical trials have noted that nutrients eaten as opposed to supplemented tend to absorb better and natural foods are full of great nutrients. Taking that into consideration, we still do not feel comfortable supporting a plan that does not cover both the pros and the cons of processed foods. Milk, dairy foods and some processed vegetables are organic and healthy. These are not allowed on the Body by God program. We like how fat burners and appetite suppressants support weight loss without taking the fun out of eating.
