The structure of this drug is very similar to ephedrine, so it poses some harm to the body. The Swedish FDA claims it can cause arrhythmia, a group of heart conditions. Garcinia Cambogia contains the extract hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which supposedly suppresses the appetite and burns fat. Currently, Garcinia Cambogia is not regulated by the FDA. L-Carnitine is typically recommended for those suffering from high levels of mental stress and lacks a strong connection to fat burning. Caffeine and taurine form a strong stimulant when combined. One dosage of Aminostar’s product contains the amount of caffeine found in a strong cup of coffee. Most of the energy boosts that come from this product are generated by its caffeine. Some people may experience nausea from the high levels. Aminostar claims that Chromium 3+ reduces appetite levels. They claim that this supplement can increase sensitivity to insulin which would make someone crave sweets less. This has not been backed by any significant results.

If this product’s ingredients were tested in clinical trials related specifically to these concepts then this product would be a very effective solution to losing weight.
