It also includes a proprietary blend that consists of Garcinia cambogia Extract (standardized to 50% HCA) (fruit), Cola Nut Extract (standardized to 25% natural caffeine) (seed), Gymnema sylvestre Extract (standardized to 25% gymnemic acids) (leaf), Caffeine, L-Tyrosine.

This is a long list of ingredients for a single supplement, which makes us wonder just how effective any one ingredient can be. We prefer supplements that include a handful of potent ingredients because they tend to provide better results. There are a number of common weight loss ingredients in this formula, including effective thermogenics like green tea and caffeine. However, we don’t see a proven appetite suppressant in the mix.
